Here’s what I don’t understand - why are oil prices so high?  This is the sort of thing that usually I’d spend a day researching but I’m busy with finals right now, so I’m wondering if perhaps the lazyweb can tell me why oil is so expensive?  And don’t just say “The Iraq War” or Chimpy McBushitler, because that’s too glib.
